Admission is open to everyone irrespective of caste, Colour, Creed, Region, Sex or Religion. However, the school reserves the right to reject admission to any child without assigning any reason. Admission in Nursery, L.K.G. & U.K.G. classes will be given on first come, first served basis but only the true satisfaction of the admission committee. Entrance tests are conducted from classes I to XI in  which student  have to clear the test to take admission in the school.

 

The School strictly implements the assessment and evaluation process laid down by the C.B.S.E regular assessment through class work, assignments and review sheets is done in the class. Nursery to KG classes are given review sheets and exercise for evaluation. Classes I to V are evaluated through written tests, projects, class works  and class  tests. They are awarded grades only. Classes VI to VIII are given regular terminal tests and class tests. Classes IX and X are evaluated strictly as per the CBSE evaluation system. The session is divided into  two terms -April to September and October to March. Besides two terminal tests students are assessed through projects, assignment, quiz, presentations & so on other traits of their personalities are also assessed like health education, social, thinking skills, attitude, literary, scientific and creative skills. Class XI is given a wide choice of subjects and takes the final examination conducted by D.A.V education board. Class XII examination are conducted by CBSE, New Delhi.

 

A) Pre-Primary Section (Nursery to U.K.G) Acquisition of skills, learning of concepts. Art & Craft and creative activities to develop the inherent talents. Motor skills to foster control of muscles, social and emotional skills.

 

B) Primary Section (1st to 5th Std.) Subjects : English, Hindi, Mathematics, Environmental Education, Social Science, Computer Education. General Knowledge, Moral Education, Physical Education.

 

C) Middle   Section   (6th   to   8th   Std.) Subjects : English,   Hindi,   Mathematics,   Social Science (History, Civics, Geography), General Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology), Sanskrit, Punjabi,  Computer Education, General Knowledge, Moral Education, Physical Education & Art & Craft. The 8th std examination is conducted by All India D.A.V. Education Board.

 

D) Secondary Section  Subjects : English Course (A), Hindi (Course A), Mathematics.   Social   Science (History, Civics,   Geography),   General   Science( Physics, Chemistry, Biology), Computer education, Moral ucation, Physical Education, Art&Craft, Punjabi,Information Technology .

The 10th std. examination is conducted by the C.B.S.E., New   Delhi.

 

E) Senior Secondary Section(11th and 12th) Subjects: English Core, Hindi core. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Economics, Accountancy, Business  Studies, Computer Science & Physical Education,   Pol. Science, History as prescribed by the C.B.S.E., New Delhi.
